Design Visualization Disclaimer

Conceptual design visualization — not a construction drawing or guarantee. Images and visualizations may be generated or edited with AI and are for discussion of design direction only. They may not accurately show existing conditions, dimensions, scale, finishes, products, fixtures, layout, availability, code requirements, or the completed project. Final scope, measurements, product selections, price, schedule, permits, engineering, safety, and construction requirements must be independently verified by the remodeling contractor before work begins. Pivorta is software used by the contractor and is not the contractor, architect, engineer, supplier, inspector, or a party to this project agreement.

Estimate / Quote Disclaimer

Review the document type. This estimate or proposal is prepared by your contractor, not Pivorta. Unless this document expressly says it is a binding agreement and is signed by the identified parties, it is not a construction contract. Prices, quantities, labor, taxes, materials, availability, and timing may change based on site inspection, field measurements, product verification, permit/code requirements, and concealed or changed conditions. Only the final written agreement signed by the contractor and customer, including approved change orders, controls the contractor’s obligations.

Approval-state labels

  • “Review acknowledged” — records that the recipient reviewed a presentation; not a contract signature.
  • “Selections requested” — records preferred options; not an order, price lock, or construction authorization.
  • “Proposal ready for signature” — a contractor-prepared document is ready to be reviewed in the e-sign process; not signed yet.
  • “Agreement completed” — used when all required signatures are complete and the final document is generated.
