Acceptable Use Policy

Customer and its Authorized Users may not use Pivorta to violate law, another person’s privacy/publicity/intellectual-property rights, contractual duties, or security. Prohibited conduct includes uploading unauthorized photos, plans, logos, catalog data, customer information, or other confidential material; deceptive AI images; fraud; harassment; discrimination; malware; scraping; credential sharing; service interference; circumventing access/usage controls; and using output as unreviewed professional or safety advice.

Pivorta may investigate, remove, disable, or preserve content; suspend access; and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, and the Service. Pivorta does not monitor all Customer Content and does not assume responsibility for it.

Copyright complaints

Send a written complaint to PIVORTA LLC Legal Agent, 307 Shallowford Pl, Louisville, KY 40245 (email: legal@pivorta.com) containing: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the authorized complainant; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification/location of the allegedly infringing material; (4) contact information; (5) a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act. Pivorta may forward a complaint to the Customer and may remove/disable material where appropriate.
