Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 · Last updated July 25, 2026

This notice explains how PIVORTA LLC (“Pivorta,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information on its website, hosted platform, and iPad app. It does not replace a contractor’s notice to its homeowner/customer. In the platform, a remodeling company generally decides what homeowner/project information it enters; Pivorta processes that information to provide the Service. For Pivorta’s own website leads, account administration, billing, security, and legal obligations, Pivorta acts as an independent business/controller.
