In-home selling for remodelers

Show them the bathroom before they buy it.

Pivorta is the iPad app your reps open in the customer’s home. Photograph the room, mark what changes, and show it finished with the products you actually stock — then price it, present it, and get it signed at the kitchen table.

14 days free. No credit card. Set up your catalog and try it on a real room.

The problem with the way it works now

You are asking someone to spend twenty thousand dollars on something they cannot see.

A binder of other people’s bathrooms. A tile sample held against a wall. A hand-drawn sketch and a promise. The homeowner nods, says they need to think about it, and the appointment ends without a decision — not because the price was wrong, but because they never actually saw what they were buying.

Then the follow-up: a quote typed up back at the office, emailed two days later, landing next to two competitors. The confidence you built standing in their bathroom is gone, and the job is now a spreadsheet comparison.

One appointment, start to finish

The whole sale happens before you leave the driveway.

Five steps on one device. No “we’ll email you something next week” — the gap where good jobs go cold.

  1. 01

Start with the room they are standing in.

The rep photographs the actual bathroom on the iPad. No measuring rig, no scanner, no special hardware — the room as the homeowner sees it every morning.

  2. 02

It finds the area on its own.

Pivorta detects what you are replacing and sets the target area for you — the rep just confirms it. If a room is awkward, unlock it and fine-tune with a finger or Apple Pencil. Nothing outside that boundary is touched.

  3. 03

Choose from the products you actually sell.

Selections come out of your own catalog — your glass, your surrounds, your fixtures, with your option groups and your prices. Not a generic style library.

  4. 04

    The room comes back finished.

Your product photography goes to the model as visual reference, so what appears in the room is the thing you can order, install, and stand behind.

  5. 05

The picture is already the quote.

Every selection carries its price. Tear-out and install-kit lines you configured once are added for you, so the number on screen is a real number.

From picture to price

The moment they say “I love it” is the moment you need the number.

In most appointments that is where things stall. The design lives in one place, the pricing in another, and the customer waits. In Pivorta the selections that built the image are the same selections that build the quote.

  • Priced from your catalog, not a calculator

Line items resolve against your real products, option groups, and price rules. Change the glass thickness and the number moves with it.

  • The lines reps forget, added for them

Configure tear-out and install-kit pricing once in the dashboard. Every quote built in the home carries them automatically.

  • One number, defensible on the spot

Itemized or packaged, with your tax handling — set by you, not improvised at the table.

Close it in the room

Everything after “yes” is where deals leak.

A proposal that arrives three days later competes with three other quotes and second thoughts. Pivorta keeps the decision in the appointment it was made in.

Same street · photo proof attached

Proof from their own street

“Have you done work around here?” is the last real objection. Pivorta answers it with your completed-job library plotted on a map around the customer’s address, with photos attached — presented as part of the pitch, not fumbled for on a phone.

The dashboard behind the iPad

You set the rules once. Every appointment inherits them.

The web dashboard is where the company decides what “good” looks like — the products, the prices, the documents, the brand. Reps in the field cannot drift from it, because there is nothing to drift to.

Catalog

Your products, once

Import from CSV, spreadsheet, or a supplier PDF with a review step before anything goes live. Categories, option groups, media, and pricing rules in one place.

Documents

Proposals and agreements

Build proposal and agreement templates visually, with variables that fill themselves in. Rules decide which agreements attach to which job.

Branding

It looks like your company

Upload a logo and Pivorta suggests a palette from it. What you set flows into the iPad app your reps carry and the PDFs your customers keep.

Portfolio

Completed work, mapped

Add finished jobs with photos and an address. They become the nearby proof reps show in the home.

Presentations

A pitch worth following

Assemble presentation templates from blocks, publish a version, and every rep opens the same one.

Team

Reps and visibility

Invite the people who sell, then watch quotes, projects, and signature status land in one workspace.

New workspaces start with sample content and a guided walkthrough that checks off real setup steps as you complete them — not a video you watch and forget.

Before you commit

The questions owners actually ask.

Do we have to change how we sell?

No. Pivorta follows the appointment you already run — walk the room, talk through options, price it, ask for the business. It replaces the folder of samples and the spreadsheet, not your process.

Is an iPad required?

For the in-home selling flow, yes — the Design Studio is an iPad app. The dashboard where you set up your catalog, documents, branding, and portfolio runs in any modern browser. Start the trial and we will get your reps onto the app.

Can it use our actual products?

That is the point. You load your catalog with categories, options, media, and prices, and both the visual and the quote are built from it. Import from CSV, spreadsheet, or a supplier PDF with a review step first.

Will it look like our company?

Your logo, colors, and typography apply across the iPad app and every proposal PDF. Pivorta can suggest a palette from your logo as a starting point.

How long before a rep can use it?

A new account opens with sample content already in place and a guided walkthrough that verifies each setup step as you finish it. Most of the work is loading your catalog and setting your proposal template.

What does the homeowner have to do?

Nothing. They never create an account. They see the design and the proposal on your rep’s iPad, and they sign there or through a secure link sent to their email.

Does it connect to our other software?

Not today. Pivorta has no integrations with accounting, CRM, or calendar tools, and no public API. It is a self-contained selling system — worth knowing before you buy.

Who can see our data?

Every record is scoped to your company at both the application and database layer. Our privacy notice, AI content policy, and platform terms are published in full, and customer uploads used for redesign require explicit consent first.
