Account Deletion Instructions

Pivorta users may request deletion of their individual account by emailing privacy@pivorta.com. Include the email address associated with the account and write Account deletion request in the subject line.

If you can sign in, you may also open Settings, choose Data and privacy, and start a deletion request from there. Workspace deletion requests may require action by the workspace owner or administrator.

Pivorta will verify the request before deleting account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, active contracts, or dispute resolution, as described in the Privacy Notice.
